What are Corporate Actions. How long do they take?
A publicly traded company’s corporate actions are those that modify its securities or have an impact on its shareholders. These measures, which may be required or optional, may have an effect on holders of the company’s bonds, stock, or other securities. Depending on the complexity and type of the activity, processing corporate actions might take different lengths of time. The common corporate action process takes around 21 days to complete.
