Why am I not able to see the Purchased Stocks in my holdings?

There can be a few reasons for the purchased stocks not visible in the holdings. Few reasons are:

1. Delisting of shares
2. Short delivery
3. Shares transferred or gifted
4. Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) Stage 3 and above
