Can I use the profit I made in F&O segment to trade further on the same day

Since the settlement of funds for derivatives (F&O) occurs on the following trading day, T+1, your fund balance will not show the profits from trading F&O until the exchange settles them.
The intraday F&O earnings will also be accessible on the next trading day if the T+1 day is a settlement holiday.
