I have done the UPI payment from the link generated via Add funds page on the website but the amount is still not reflecting in my account.
Due to some technical glitches, there might be a delay in the amount being reflected in your trading account after completing the UPI payment via the link generated on the “Add Funds” page. Please ensure that you do not attempt to pay the amount twice from the same mandate, especially in case the first payment attempt appears to have failed. Instead, we recommend that you generate a new mandate for a smoother and more secure transaction process.
In case you have generated a new mandate and completed the payment, but the amount is still not reflecting in your account, kindly contact us by calling 8858895889 or mailing us at customercare@northeastltd.com.
