The mobile app is not working properly. How can I trouble shoot it?

The app performance depends on various factors like internet connectivity, any updates in the version of the app or is the app under maintenance. In case of internet connectivity, you should make sure that the internet connectivity on the mobile is good. If the app has got an update, then you should go to the play store and update it accordingly. If none of the reasons stated above are the matching, kindly clear the cache and restart the app. The app works well during the market trading hours. During non – trading hours prices will not reflect and neither will price reflect correctly.
