What happens if I am unable to sell a stock because of its lower circuit limit?

If you cannot sell a stock because it has hit the lower circuit limit, your order will not be executed, and you will need to wait until the next trading session. If the stock opens with a price gap or no price band restrictions, you may be able to sell it.
