Why are dividends not credited and what should shareholders do to get them.

The Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs) appointed by companies are responsible for managing and processing dividend payments to shareholders. No information regarding the dividend being paid to shareholders is sent to Northeast. The RTA can be contacted by shareholders who are entitled to dividends but have not received them. A company’s RTA information is available on the NSE and BSE.
